Hélène was the owner and head chef of a restaurant in the Beaujolais region.  Her talents have been cited by Jean Luc Petitrenaud in his guide and his radio shows as a specialist in “Mum” cooking:  generous and extremely tasty and uses only the best seasonal ingredients.

Sylvain her husband, the “sommelier” (wine connaiseur) will share with you his passion for fine wines!

This autumn, Hélène and Sylvain are offering theme weekends called “Cueillette et cuisine des champignons !”

Hélène also offers, when requested, cooking courses on “bourgeoise” cooking in the off season; a good occasion to learn about a different and refined kind of cooking.
